Where your child Becomes the Version of Themselves You Always Knew Was There

Real training. Earned belts. Real results. This is the program that builds confident, focused, disciplined kids who show up differently at school, at home, and in their own lives.

Built Around What Matters to You

What You Told Us your child Needs Most

Confidence That Comes From Earning It
01

Confidence That Comes From Earning It

At 7-12, your child is writing the story they'll tell about themselves for the rest of their life. At KickQuest, they earn every stripe and every belt. Nothing is handed here.

They break a board they didn't think they could break. They master a combination that took weeks. And they become a kid who believes they can do hard things — in any room, in any situation.

Focus That Transfers to the Classroom
02

Focus That Transfers to the Classroom

Your child is competing against the most distracting environment in human history. Focus is not a natural state anymore. It has to be trained.

Every class is 45 minutes where your child cannot zone out. They track combinations, read their partner, and stay present. Most parents notice it within weeks: longer at the homework table, more patience when things get hard.

Discipline That Sticks
03

Discipline That Sticks

Discipline at KickQuest is not obedience. It is your child doing what's right because they understand why it matters.

They arrive on time. They push through a round when their body wants to stop. They hold the standard. That pattern, practiced consistently, becomes who they are. Not just here. Everywhere.

Ages 7-12 Is Not a Waiting Room. It's the Window.

The years between 7 and 12 are among the most critical for identity development, habit formation, and the foundational beliefs a person carries into adulthood. This is not a drill.

The child who learns to handle failure at 9 becomes the teenager who doesn't fall apart when things go wrong. The child who earns their black belt at 11 becomes the 22-year-old who knows they can finish what they start.

School teaches academics. Team sports build teamwork. But almost nothing in your child's life is specifically designed to build the internal character and self-belief that determines who they become. That's exactly what KickQuest was built to do — and we've been doing it for 12 years.

Mr. and Mrs. Epstein, owners and head instructors at KickQuest

Who's Teaching Your Child

30 Years of Experience Guiding Your Child.

Jeremy Epstein began training in Brooklyn in 1993. He's a 5th Degree Black Belt Master Instructor with over 30 years of experience. Jessica Epstein is a 5th Degree Black Belt and three-time ATA World Champion in Xtreme Martial Arts.

They didn't open KickQuest to run a belt factory. They opened it because they kept watching something happen on this mat that they couldn't ignore. Quiet kids finding their voice. Distracted kids locking in. Parents texting them on a Thursday to say: "I don't know what you did, but something changed."

That's why they're here. That's who is teaching your child.

Every Class. Every Time. On Purpose.

01

Warm-Up · 5 min

High-energy conditioning to get bodies ready and minds focused. This isn't killing time — it's setting the tone.

02

Mat Chat · 5 min

The lesson behind the training. Respect, integrity, perseverance, leadership — discussed, not lectured. your child talks, thinks, and connects the value to real life.

03

Basics & Character · 10 min

Fundamentals trained with intention. Every technique is paired with a value.

04

Stripe Work · 5–10 min

Curriculum-based progression. your child knows exactly where they are and what they're working toward. Earned achievement, every time.

05

Sparring · 10 min

Controlled, safe, partner-based application of skills. Staying calm under pressure, reading another person, executing with composure.

06

Game · 5 min

Fitness disguised as a boatload of fun. They earn it, they love it, and they'll ask all week when they get to come back.

Here's What Happens After your child Starts

Month 1 — The Spark
01

Month 1 — The Spark

your child makes their first friend on the mat and breaks their first board. They come home wanting to show you what they learned. Something lit up.

Month 2 — The Shift
02

Month 2 — The Shift

Teachers start noticing. your child raises their hand more, makes eye contact with adults, and doesn't shrink when something is hard. You notice it at home too.

Month 3 — The First Belt
03

Month 3 — The First Belt

your child earns their first belt promotion — because they worked for it. Watch their face. That's earned achievement in a kid who's never felt it quite like this.

By 6 Months — The Leader
04

By 6 Months — The Leader

your child is encouraging newer students, demonstrating techniques, and showing up early. This is not the same kid who walked in.

"Best decision we made for our two boys. The structure and discipline carried right over into school."

What Our Families Are Saying

Don't Take Our Word for It.

"My son loves KickQuest! We won't go anywhere else. He's been there since he was 4. Started as a Tiny Tiger and in June moved up to his orange belt. If you want a place that keeps your kids engaged and teachers that care about their students, KickQuest in Flemington is the place to be."

"This place has been amazing for my 5-year-old. Not only does he get his energy out, but his confidence is building, and their lessons have started so many conversations about discipline, focus, courtesy, respect and confidence. He admitted to loving taekwondo more than video games, gasp! If you're contemplating KickQuest, go for it."
Elizabeth Gusmano · via Google
"I've been bringing my son here for 6 years and it's been incredible for his development. Mr. and Mrs. E will always go above and beyond to make sure their students are in the best possible position for success. They genuinely care and work with parents so learning goals are aligned."
