1. KickQuest Martial Arts will provide virtual fitness kickboxing classes for anyone you refer that signs up for a digital membership. 2. Each membership is an ongoing weekly membership charged at $19.99 per week plus administrative fees. 3. Each member who enrolls in our weekly membership must fill out our digital waiver. 4. Any membership may be cancelled at will and without reason without penalty at the end of any given week. 5. You earn fifty percent (50%) of the income for each person who signs up for a membership from your school. 6. Monies are totaled at the end of each month and a check or EFT transfer is initiated to your business. 7.This agreement may be voided at any time by either party without reason.
